It's the biggest pain in the ass to do, however every successful entrepreneur knows that a constant flow of leads is necessary ingredient in a surefire business.

There are several surefire ways to generate leads. I will take the old school method and then cruise into the new school method.

Old School-Get yo butt off da couch and go meet some peeps. Just kidding. Let's face it, most people get off of work and are so tired they just want to come home, vegetate on the couch and play with the clicker and watch the same show you saw yesterday and the day before that. You want to order yourself a pie and just chill. So what is the remedy.

(The Remedy)- Successful people realize that there are only 24 hours in a day. It's how you use those hours that will determine your destiny. Most people work 8-12 hours a day which leaves only 12-16 hours to work with.

When you have a dream and a business and you're after it, everything comes second. It's all you think about. You talk with everyone you meet about your opportunity (Also not such a great move and I will explain.) You are looking for lookers and not looking for non-lookers as they will burn your time. You want to show the plan to as many people who are (your level and above).

Yes you have something way better than the doctor driving the Ferrari and the lawyer driving the Porsche. Most likely you caught them driving to work, not on play day. They are trading hours for dollars and you are in the hunt to buy back your life so you're not trading anything except memories with your friends and family.

OK, I got off on a tangent, now back to New School.

The New School way to generate leads is on the net and it's tricky and takes time. You have to develop some skills. You need to learn to find out what people's pains are and heal those pains sort of speak. For every question, there is an answer. Where do most people go? Google.

How does your answer come up on Google? Well, It's called triggered key words and that is a whole other lesson. Get good at writing articles and having a system people can use to generate leads for FREE.

There are many out there, but the one I use seems to have worked out pretty good.

It is my prediction that there is a volcano brewing on the internet and a whole bunch of the next millionaires in this country will come from network marketing online.

I realized that If I was going to be successful in network marketing online, I was going to have to study the crap out of the successful people that went before me and duplicate what they did.

Really, that is all it comes down to. Duplication backed by a serious work ethic and a burning desire to succeed.

MLM Income-It’s What Everyone Needs But No One Takes Serious

In my years in the MLM business I have made a noteworthy observation of the masses. People love the income aspect of it, everyone needs what it provides, but very few take it seriously.

Why is it that Network Marketing is sometimes looked down upon by the general public? My opinion is that there are some MLM Cowboys out there, making false claims about their opportunity, over promising and under delivering on their promises.

This business is built on people, trust and relationships. If you are in it strictly for a dollar bill, you will not make it very far.

The Multilevel Marketing industry is a way to not only create money, but to create time as well and the only other way you will accomplish that is in the investing world.

Who has enough money these days to invest in the stock market? The answer is: Not too many. So Business systems and the MLM income world are the only ticket to true freedom in this country.

Up until about 3 months ago, when our economy started taking a downturn for the worst, the general public was not very open to opportunity. But now that peoples retirement portfolio's have been reduced by 45%, you can bet your buns, folks are looking.

There is no better time to create MLM income in this country that right now. People need what we have in this industry. They need its provision. It's up to you and me to bring it to the masses.

Recruiting-The Lifeblood of Your Network Marketing Business

Some people cringe at the word recruiting, and personally it's why most people don't make it in the network marketing world unless they become very proficient at it.

My question is why does it scare people away when it's the very key to their financial future.

The challenge is, most people who get involved in the multilevel business are sold into it. Very few people wake up and think to themselves, "hmmm. I would like to create a six figure income over the next five years and I am willing to do whatever it takes.

The fact is people were recruited into business by a friend, family member or stranger.

Another Challenge is that with the power of the internet and the learning curve out there, very few people as a whole are privy to the tactics of internet marketing strategies. Let's face it, I don't think Bill Britt or Dexter Yager are teaching their down line how to generate leads with a strong internet marketing campaign and a lead capture page.

So what has happened is there are just a handful of people making serious coin recruiting people into their network marketing business, and the rest are using old school tactics.

I am not knocking old school ways of recruiting, I am just saying, if you don't open your eyes and see what the web brings to the table and learn to utilize a system in which prospects are hunting you down, you're going to get smoked.

Don't worry whether your up line approves or not. I never told mine. Why, because I wanted to prove it worked before I opened my mouth.

Now I have my up lines attention because I kept my mouth shut and did the work which produced results. Only then did I open his eyes to what I had actually done.

The first question was, "Is this duplicatible throughout the organization?" The answer was yes, absolutely.

Prospecting Leads – Four Platinum Rules for Success

I remember how I was when I first got started in business about 5 years back.

I thought people wouldn't get in my business because I had not had any success yet. I had no clue how to prospect the leads I was generating.

Through trial and error I drudged through my business, not understanding duplication, edification or anything of the sort.

My business coach was smart. He never let me self destruct, he guided me as well as let me fail a bunch. He taught me some valuable lessons in business, some of which I don't wish to discuss.

However, he did teach me the Four Platinum rules for success:

1. When Prospecting Leads, always use posture when talking to your leads. You have to have a back bone with people as the moment you lose control and stop asking the questions, they start prospecting you. You want to be confident but not cocky, stern but not stiff. Use some people skills that you have been studying in books like "How to win friends and influence people."
   
2. When Prospecting Leads, use 3^rd party tools like CD's, Your Upline, a three way call with one of the other leaders on your team, a DVD lifestyle video of some of the big dogs in your business, etc. I like to use my upline personally. He is a seven figure earner so I edify him and in return, when I introduce him to my prospect, he puts the edification back on me (powerful).
   
3. Always practice having a PMA (Positive Mental Attitude). Keep your energy level high, smile, and don't be afraid to crack a joke once in a while.
   
4. You Should be on a consistent reading program. Folks, leaders are readers and if you ever expect to be one, you have to study them. Some of the best minds of our time have written phenomenal books on their rise to success.
   

The path has been paved, so put down the shovel as you not only have a back hoe, but an earthmover.

The Pucker Factor

Hey Gang,

I know I am about to relate to everyone in the industry here. We all have been there. We have our list of names we have generated and then comes the moment. You lock yourself in a room that's quiet and there is the 1000 lbs of phone just sitting there.

You get hungry at that moment so you decide to get something to eat. You come back to the room, lock the door again and begin to sweat. You didn't think it would be that hard to pick up a phone and call a lead. You pick up the phone and call your best friend and talk for a half hour; All the while, getting further and further from your goal. Your sweating profusely.

See folks, you're not the only ones that went through that as I did too. What do you do to get over the so called "Pucker Factor" of calling someone to either talk to them about your business opportunity or to find out what they are looking for out of life.

Action always overcomes fear. I have this little voice in the back of my head that I have trained and trained well. Whenever I fear doing something, that voice says, "Just Do It". When you do that thing that you are afraid of, three things happen.

1. You overcome the fear of doing whatever was making you pucker.
   
2. You earn your own respect.
   
3. You get closer to your goal of becoming successful

Hey Gang,

Well if "Time is Money" then no, there is no such thing as free MLM leads. A lot of people look for the easy way out when it comes to lead generation for their networking business. The truth is, there is no free ride.

Generating leads takes time and effort. You have to know what your goals is and put a plan of action together to achieve it. You must write it down and meditate on it. When I say meditate, you need to be reading your goal a minimum of three times daily and one of those times should be out loud. If you are like me, I didn't want to get into the MLM business and just make a couple of bucks. I came to win. I came in this crazy business because I knew that I could make an impact on the world around me in network marketing. I wasn't making an impact at my J.O.B. I wanted to help others rise out of the passing parade of humanity and to live out their dreams, goals and aspirations.

In order to get what you want out of life, you first must sow that thing that you want. If you want money, you sow money. If its time you want, then sow time in your MLM business and the people it's made of. You will always reap in appropriation to your sowing. I always start people in my group off the same. It's not me that's the magic, it's the system I use.

Yes, the MLM lead generation system that I use costs money to put into place and yes it costs money to deliver Google ads. And yes, there is a payoff that takes care of all that if you follow the system.

Write quality articles, create quality video's, and most importantly, create quality relationships with everyone in your extended network.

Microwave Mentality-The “Not so” Wave of the Future

Hey Gang,

I remember as a kid growing up on Maui and coming from a pretty well off family, I usually always got what I wanted. My first ride at 15 years old was a Hot Rod VW Bug. Dropped, Weber Carbs, centerline rims, the whole nine yards. I wanted a new surfboard, I got it.

While it was great then, there was a valuable lesson to be learned later in life. What I had back then was what I see people today in big trouble with. I like to call it microwave mentality. People want their popcorn in 3-1/2 minutes, Their TV Dinner in 4 minutes, fast food, buy it now and we will pay for it later. Give me the big house on the lake, the gas guzzling hummer and put it all on credit.

What it really comes down to is lack of responsibility. You see, the school system doesn't teach its young how to manage money, quite frankly it doesn't teach you how to make it either. Unless you were fortunate enough to come from a family that taught you how to manage your finances, which is rare, you would have to have learned it on your own.

I learned through the school of hard knox. I got into a bind about two years after I got out of college. I had about 5 credit cards, was still in party mode, shop mode, girl mode, vacation mode. I was in the spending mode. It was like free money. What I didn't realize is that I racked up close to 10K in credit card debt over those years. I worked in the hotel business making a decent salary, but still spent more than I had.

It wasn't until ten years later that I dug myself out of the mess. I had microwave mentality bad. If I wanted it, I just bought it. Enough was enough. I was smart enough to realize that I was in a mess. The good news was- I got myself in it, therefore I could get myself out of it. I got rid of the credit cards. If I couldn't pay cash for things, I didn't deserve to have them. As I slimmed down my lifestyle temporarily, I watched my good friends continuing to spend. Boats, cars, houses, etc.

I got into business and started building a future I could be proud of. I started taking whatever extra income I could and put it towards my debt. Today, I am proud to say, I am 8 months away from owning everything except my home, which will be paid off in the next few years. I got out of the "keeping up with the Jones mentality." I started taking responsibility for my family's financial future as well as mine.

In conclusion, your dreams can become a reality if you work on your thought process and figure out what you want most out of life.

The MLM List- Keeping Fuel on the Fire to create an inferno

Hey Gang,

We have all been there at one time or another. We were infants in the mlm business, just getting started, and we thought we already had the people we needed on our list to retire.

You go through the process, hopefully with some guidance, and call your closest friends, family and even people you may have went to grade school with. You may pop in a couple of business owners through this process, however, I know very few people who built a massive mlm organization with their A & B lists.

Your A List- Your Family and Closest friends

Your B List – Everyone else you've met since your birth

Your C List – All the people you don't know yet that will be in someone elses business, unless you call them or they call you.

The truth is, most people who know nothing of Social Networking over the web and attraction marketing will not stay around very long. You need to have a constant flow of leads (people to share your business with) in order to achieve your dreams and goals.

So what do you do once your initial list is gone? Hopefully you have been reading people skills books like Les Giblen's "The Art of Dealing with People." Hopefully you have been plugged in with your upline mentor. People Don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care

Hey Folks,

I think that our business in Network Marketing should have a name change. It should be called relationships and responsibility.

We are in the people business and most have it backwards. Products don't move people, people move products. With that said, our number one goal as well as biggest responsibility comes in educating people.

As I have mentioned many times before and I hate to be redundant, the learning curve is so great that people will not hang around long enough to see the fruition of their dreams if you don't help them to manifest theirs. It's a give and take business. You don't want to put in more than your people are willing to. Then it's like, your catching their fish and they have no clue how to catch their own. Your downline are like your children. You need to feed them and nurture them until they are reading to stand on their own.

The biggest mistake people make in our business is they make the assumption that everyone thinks like they do and will want to give this thing 110% of their effort. Sure we would all like it to be that way but not likely to happen without going through the masses to find the winners.

The Responsibility comes in as soon as you register a new business owner. His success is not up to you, but you now forfeit the right to quit. You have been handed a gift and it is your responsibility to provide and protect. Provide the tools and mentorship necessary for success in your system and the mentorship necessary to educate that person with the right mindset.

Do these things with your people and you will be well on your way to having a winning team and a winning business.

With the economy the way it is and companies laying people off like yesterdays news, there is another part of the economy that is booming. While folks were at work trading time for dollars, people in the MLM industry have been creating a mass of wealth in this country.

Some of the top income earners in the US and Canada are in network marketing and there is a reason why. Once its built properly, it creates the #1 lifestyle in the world, Time + Money. I almost have to laugh at people when they say no to an opportunity with me. I know what I have to offer can change their lives. I just think to myself, "He could have been a millionaire" and move on to the next person.

If you are earning money on only what you can produce in 24 hours, you are very limited as to how much money you can create. However, when you are able to duplicate yourself over and over with a private franchising model, you can create as much or little wealth as you wish. You do the work once, and it produces over and over again. And in times like these, its no wonder that multi level marketing income is being sought after more and more.

People are too skeptical when it comes to being open minded about opportunities. First of all, compared to the money you will spend traveling to and from your job, eating lunch and stopping at the bar after work with your work buddies, you will spend less in your mlm business and create much more.

If you are tired of trading time for dollars and want to start trading time for time and money, you should take a serious look at where you are in life, where you want to go, and if they road you are currently traveling will come even close to getting you there.

Timing and Numbers in MLM

Hey Gang,

There are two things that will cause you to have success in the MLM Business. People get involved in the Network Marketing business for several reasons, but mostly it's because, initially, they are sold on the idea that they can become wealthy and retire from their jobs at an earlier age. Some people feel a financial pinch and know they need to do something else to supplement their income.

So when you are out there talking with people and they say they are not currently looking, it could be that its not right timing in their lives for a business of their own.

Next is numbers. Network Marketing is a numbers game. For those of you who are serious. For those of you who want to know what it really takes, I will give you two examples of what kind of numbers you will need to go through to achieve high success in this business.

Bill Britt (Amway King)- Has over a million people in his downline world wide. When asked how he achieved his success, he said this:

"There is no secret. I simply showed the plan to 1200
people. 900 said, 'No.' and only 300 signed up. Out of those 300,
only 85 did anything at all. Out of those 85 only 35 were serious,
and out of those 35, 11 made me a millionaire."

Doug Weir (LTD Diamond)- Had 500 names of people to call, Called 300 of them, Showed 100 Plans, Registered 17 legs and he went on to become a millionare.

This is a numbers gang folks. Don't quit when the first 5 people say no. Don't ever quit. As you can see in the above examples, you only need a few people who want to tear the business out of the frame and they are out there.

The question is, do you have the guts to go find them?

Could the FBI find you guilty of being in MLM

Hey Gang,

Most people in the Network Marketing business conscider themselves independant business owners, however I think a lot of them are merely independant hobby owners.

How much time each day, each week, each month are you sowing into your business, your people and into your future?  Do you see money being spent in your business or do you see yourself investing in your business?  These are questions that come to me over and over again and are really just a simple mind block.

Here is an interesting question which will separate the real networkers from the hobby owners real quick.  If the FBI arrested you for being a Network Marketer, would there be enough evidence for them to convict you in a court of law?  If the FBI had been tracking your every move over the last 6 weeks, would there be evidence that would show, without a shadow of a doubt, that you were in the process of building a world changing business?

Pretty good question huh?  Let that one resinate with you for a while and see if it motivates you to do more.  Everyone is capable of doing more every day than they are currently doing.  Its a matter of managing your calendar and prioritizing things in your life.

With the power of the internet and SEO Advertising, it is easier than ever to make money online. Whether its through Affiliate Marketing of Network Marketing which are the majority share holders of the online money making niches, there are plenty of places to choose from.

One point I must make is- If you are looking for the get rich quick kind of business, forget about it. Just like it takes time for you to learn a new job, it will take time to learn how to make money with an online business.

You should choose your business carefully. Do your homework on the company you become a part of. And then be prepared to treat it like a business. I always say, treat it like a hobby and it will pay you like one. I think that most people don't take the low entry fee seriously in Network Marketing.

The reason the cost of admittance is low is that your company put up the money for the supply and logistics part of it, now your part is to market it. Marketing, especially Multi-Level Marketing is a science in itself. It must be studied and you must have a coach if you are going to have any kind of success.

When getting started, you have to believe that people want what you have to offer and not be afraid to share your business. Wait, stop!! I said Share not Sell. The biggest mistake people make is they try to talk people into their business. Big Mistake. First of all, you lose posture. People will follow you and join your team for one reason only. Because they see you as a leader and someone who can help them. That's it. Period.

Once you get started, you will need a lead generation system. You will need to become a master at sharing information with the Networking Community Online. You will need to master a lot of things. It will take guts, persistent and consistent effort. Get Started, Stay Steady, Get Wide and DON'T QUIT!

In Closing. The economy is ripe right now for the world to know the truth about Network Marketing and for people to be exposed to this awesome way to make money online.

Attitude and Action

Hey Folks,

Attitude and Action. The only things that we have complete control of in our lives. Everything else. Well, it is up for grabs. Your attitude is how you choose to feel about the world around you. Are you a victim of your circumstances or are you a victor?

It takes time and effort to create a solid stable attitude. Ladies and Gentlemen, its one thing that will either make you or break you. Is the glass half full or half empty. If a pigeon craps on your head does it ruin your day or do you consider it a blessing from the gods? Ok, that was a little overboard but you get the point.

Regardless of your situation in life, you need to realize that you are in it for the long haul, meaning for the rest of your life. You can choose how you feel about life's circumstances that will come at you. Are you going to have a break down or a break through? I recommend a strong reading program. Read some Dale Carnegie. Read Some Og Mandino and Napolean Hill. And read every day. It will help level your attitude out and keep things real in your life.

Now to talk about action. Action will propel you in life. I like to call it the equalizer as we all have the same 24 hours to play with. Some of us just choose to play harder and at a higher level. The bible says "Faith without works is dead." Folks, the works part is action. It means to get busy. Nothing happens unless you peel yourself away from the Playstation 3, The X-Box 360 oh and don't let me forget… The Softball and bowling leagues with all of your broke beer guzzling buddies. Show me a successful person that spends time doing those things and they are either broke or Young Wealthy and Free.

Action and Attitude go hand in hand together and can propel you anywhere you want in life. Go get yours, its there for the taking.

Selling From Home

Hey Gang,

People who are have a really good work ethic can make an awesome living through selling from home, however it does take some learned skills to do so. There are several factors to consider before attempting to do so.

1. First, you must decide what you are going to sell. Are you going to start a business or are you going to be working for someone else. If starting a business, you will need to have a system in place to grow your business.
   
2. Decide what you want to get out it. What is the end result of efforts.
   
3. How much time are you willing to commit to making it happen.
   

Selling from home gives you the freedom to be your own boss and to decide how much or how little income you want to create. Like anything else it takes time and effort. I highly recommend if you decide to create a business for yourself, you check out the network marketing industry. Your upfront start- up fees are minimal and you can literally create a multi-million dollar business over the course of a few years with a good work ethic.

Its much easier to follow a system that has had success than to have to come up with the system yourself. Become really comfortable with a product you like and you will be able to sell it well. It is important to use whatever it is you are selling. Kind of hard to sell something you're not sold out on.

Selling from home is fun and can be a great way to make a living. Remember, action and a burning desire cannot be stopped.

It's a beautiful day in Georgia and I was just thinking of how blessed I am to have been introduced to Network Marketing about five years ago. There is so much that has changed in my life since that awesome day.

There are several stages that one goes through during his rise to the top in the MLM business.

First there is the learning curve which can easily be overcome by studying the top achievers in your business. That's the cool thing about this business. Do what they have done and you can have what they have, its that simple. I think that people make this business more difficult than it really is.

Second you must work on you. In order to be successful in anything you do in life, you need to grow yourself by putting good stuff in. Most people feed themselves from the waist down, leaving the part of the body that runs the rest out of the picture.

 

Gang if you are not reading like its going out of style, you will never have a jammin' MLM business. That's it. Period. Leaders are readers.

Third that in order to thrive in multi level marketing, you need to keep at it. Once you start filling your pipleline and sharing your dream with others and start getting results, that is when you throw more fuel on the fire.

 

This is a business in which you will need to devote yourself to. You need to feed your business before your business feeds you. Get Started, Stay Steady, Get Wide and Don't Quit.

If you treat your business like a hobby, it will surely pay you like one. On the other hand, if you invest in your business, it will pay you like one.

So there are several things one should know about the Network marketing industry in order to make it work for you. Multi level marketing is a not a money making system, it is a long term wealth building system. Several things to consider when getting involved in MLM:

1. Realize that this is not a get rich quick business, its takes time folks.
   
2. Understand that if your dreams to come true, it is up to you.
   
3. Be realistic of your short term goals and manifest your long term goals.
   
4. Be prepared to invest money into you and your business-You through education, your business meaning your downline.
   
5. Don't ever quit
   

Most folks who get involved in multi level marketing are either sold on the idea that they will become wealthy in the business or that they will be able to retire from their jobs within a few years. Possible, yes. Likely, hummm.. well maybe. It all has to do with how quickly you get over the learning curve and how credible you are with your warm market.

The truth is, it is going to take at least 5 years to create a substantial income in which most people will have money in the bank and be able to fire their boss. My suggestion is stay plugged in tight with your GROWING upline. Associate regularly with him/her. Follow your training systems system. If you think you know how to do it better, always check with your upline before trying something new for the first time. Its probably been done before and either was a success or a flop so save yourself the agony.

Be creative with your business. Learn to create volume and teach your team to do the same and you will be well on your way to a successful multi level marketing business.

Hey Gang,

I am sitting here in Hartsfield airport in Atlanta waiting for a flight to Tampa Bay thinking about how awesome it is to have a home based sales business of my own. Here is what I have realized over the years is that most people who are looking to work from home or at least have a business that is based out of their home, think that it is going to be easier than working from an office. They think that because now that they are their own boss that their time commitment will be less than a traditional job.

The truth is, until you get it off the ground and profitable, you are going to work your fanny off in your business. There is no free ride. Home based businesses are not get rich quick and do take time and effort to get going.

The thing that separates the successful home based business owner from the rest of the pack is their mindset, work ethic and the ability to stick it out until they succeed. You also need to learn the art of sales. I learned a long time ago that unless you learn to sell and become good in the sales arena, you will never aquire wealth. When I talk selling, I mean selling you!!

You need to think of yourself as the commodity. You are responsible for your wealth creation. So invest in you. Read books like "Think and Grow Rich" by Napolean Hill and "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki. Learn what it takes to win in your home based sales business.

Remember folks, you are in business, don't be afraid to invest. Its not an expense when you pay money to increase your value or but tools to help you in your business. Will you fail a little? Absolutely. Fail, adjust, move forward. Success is the progression of failure and don't ever forget that.

Who needs Help with their MLM Business? The answer is everyone. Multilevel marketing is a business in which takes some education to really get the hang of it. There are many resources in which to get help from. One of the major draw backs that people deal with in Network marketing is the learning curve.

Most of us have been taught our whole lives how to be an employee (Slave). We are told where to be, what to do, how to do it, when we can take lunch, when our deadlines are and sometimes, when its ok to use the bathroom. So no wonder people have such a difficult time with the daily activities it takes to be successful in an MLM business. It comes down to a few things.

1. Time Management-You need to figure this one out. How much time do you have during the day to be productive and what areas to be productive in. –Get with your coach and put a game plan together for this one.
   
2. Your Education in MLM-This is where people blow it. If you are not in a personal development mode, i.e. Reading books that will build you and your self esteem up, listening to positive CD's from people who have gone before you in business and have had massive success, Seminars and rally's and most important- Association with like minded people in your MLM business. If you are not reading at least 30 minutes minimum a day, don't expect to be successful in this business period. Reading will tear you open, let you see who you are on the inside and what you need to change to become a network marketing leader.
   

If you can develop relationships with people and follow the steps above, you will be well on your way to having a successful business. Always ask for help from your coach if you run into a situation or are unsure about trying something for the first time.

You will need the upfront investment to join your opportunity, then you will need to invest in tools (Books, Cd's, conferences, etc.) A lot of people look at these highly important investments as an expense, DON'T! You are investing in you. Then you will invest in other people. The more you invest in you and others, the higher your return will be.

Home based marketing businesses produce serious results for the serious people who are willing to give it everything they have for 2-5 years of their life. Hell, you will give your employer 40-50 years and what are you left with at the end of that? Network Marketing is the business of the future and produces not only money, but time also and it is time that we are all after.

Small Business Entrepreneurs all over the world make over a Trillion dollars a year in home based marketing businesses. Its time to get your cut of the action.

Make sure you follow the system put in place, stay plugged in tight with your mentor or business coach and they will show you the way to success. Association with other people with a vested interest in your future is critical to your success. Don't worry about the neigh sayers. Anytime someone rises above mediocrity, you will always have a critic. Don't worry, just press on. People are like elevator buttons, they will either take you up, take you down or leave you right where you are.

Home Based Business Opportunity Seeker

Hey Gang,

 

With the economy the way it is and people losing their jobs left and right due to the current reorganization of America, more and more people are looking for opportunities to work from home and are seeking a home based business opportunity.

My suggestion is that they take a serious look at a Network Marketing company and a team to join. The cost in network marketing,due to the infrastructure already being set up, is way less than a traditional business and offers twice the benefits if built properly. If you own your own traditional business, you can never get past the 24 hr day and can only generate so much income yourself unless you duplicate your work. In Network marketing, that's how it works. You duplicate yourself and earn income off of the business you help others to develop.

Novel concept, except most people never quite grasp that its not a something for nothing business. You have to serve people. If you have a passion for helping others and want to be able to work from home and are seeking both time and money then you may want to look into MLM.

MLM Recruiting

Hey Gang,

 

It's a beautiful day in Atlanta Georgia. I woke up today thinking about what I could share with you on MLM Recruiting and of course the thoughts began to flow. Recruiting in your network marketing business is the lifeblood of your business. Its what gives you the long term residual income through the duplication of yourself. We will get to that in a little bit.

There are many ways to recruit or sponsor people into your business. Unlike the traditional corporate America recruiter who just brings you through the process of finding and matching the employer with the employee, in multilevel marketing, when you recruit someone, they are your responsibility. Your future does not depend on any one person ,but the more relationships you develop with the people that you recruit, the bigger a business you will have. Build a friendship and you will build a Diamond-ship its that simple.

You see, most people think that they are just trying to "get them one". That is mistake number one. Just because you sponsor someone into your MLM business, does not mean you have a true business owner. Now you have to help them in a few different ways. You must start educating them and getting them plugged into your MLM system. You must sponsor someone for that new business owner. You must help them get their first retail sale. While you are doing all of this, you want them with you, side by side learning how you went about it.

The number one mistake people make is putting people in their business and thinking they have their next direct distributer, WRONG! You need to develop trust in network marketing and you do that by serving people.

How do you recruit in MLM?

1. You start with a list of the sharpest people they know, then make a list of all of the rest of the people they have ever known.
   
2. You call those people and ask them if they are looking to create some extra income. This is a filter process folks. You are not trying to talk them into your business, you are looking for lookers.
   
3. For those who said yes, you interview them, yes interview. Its your business and your putting together your board of directors for your multi-million dollar company so be smart about it.
   
4. You get them to meet your team and your mentor. Promote the man, not the plan.
   
5. Once you get some people started after going through the entire list you now need to have a lead generation system to work your cold market.
   
6. You need to get educated by reading books, seminars, listening to CD's of the superstars in your business. Invest in you and your MLM and you will have a team and income in no time.

Network MLM

Hey Folks,

Here is the raw deal. You are already building networks and guess what? Someone else is getting wealthy off of your network.

I have two questions, no actually four:

1. Who built your Facebook network?
   
2. Who got wealthy off of your Facebook network?
   
3. Who built your Myspace Network?
   
4. Who bought Myspace after only four years in existence for $500 Million
   

You see, you did all the work of reaching out and adding friends here and adding friends there and got nada zippo from it.

Networking and MLM go hand in hand and my partners and I and the millions of others build networks and get paid from the neck up for what we create. And here is the best part. Its long term residual income.

Yes there are skeptics out there that don't understand our business, and I understand that their brother's mother tried it and failed. But let's get real. If you really care what other people think about how you're supporting your family and how you create income, then that's pretty lame. I laugh at people who ridicule my dream cause I have already won.

OK, I got off on a tangent there. What fires me up about Networking and the MLM world is that is gives me a level playing field to play on. You definitely don't get that in corporate America. In fact they take away more than they give and boy is there a tight leash on your time and your money. If I want a raise, I look myself in the mirror and with my MLM vehicle; I go out and make it happen.

Outside of MLM and Networking, how do you go about getting a raise working a job? Is 5% a year going to cut it? When inflation is at 7% and you just got a 2% decrease and didn't even see it that way? Wake up folks.

Network Marketing, MLM, Multilevel Marketing, and Affiliate marketing is here to stay. While the rest of the world is listening to the media say we are in a recession, I say, not is the time to create wealth and have it abundantly.

Hey Fellow Dreamers,

I just got done with dinner, the sun is setting and here comes some useful information, at least I hope you can use it. Whether you call it Direct Sales, MLM, Multilevel Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Network Marketing or Kukumunga Marketing, you need to learn how to advertise.

There are several different strategies to accomplish your business goals and I will just cover a few here. First and foremost you need to understand that you are advertising you. No one really cares about your product. I know it cures athletes foot and will help you run faster but lets face it, not one cares. One other thing, is no one really cares too much about your compensation plan either.

People will follow you in your MLM business for one reason, YOU!! If they feel you are a leader and can help them, they will join you ,PERIOD!!! I never try to sell anyone on my opportunity. I simply develop a relationship with a person and share it with them. So the first step is how to properly advertise you.

This takes time and effort folks. You need to master the art of reading the right books, reading the right forums for tips and receiving the right training from your upline and then applying all of this in a way in which the public can use it. Everywhere I go, I am advertising me. I simply expand my circle of influence wherever I go.

I like to advertise by providing useful people in the Network Marketing world. I cover topics on MLM, Sales, Lead Generation, Prospecting, Training, Etc. There are plenty of free sites to submit your materials and of course you can create a blog too.

MLM Advertising is fun if you make it fun. Remember, advertising is an art and requires skills that can be easily learned.

I have been seeing more and more posts about people leveraging MLM (Multi-Level Marketing), Network Marketing and Home Based business opportunities with internet articles. I am here to tell you, as a Christian, that Christianity is a way of life, not a religion or a term so loosely used in the world today. People call themselves Christians, but the question I ask is are they Christ like in their actions? Are they true servers to the world around them and a blessing or are they just trying to gain popularity among the masses.

There are many real Christians in the network marketing world who really do have a cause and a purpose to help better the world we live in by helping others in their quest for lifestyle. Network marketing is a fabulous arena to work in to help others as well as help yourself. Hey Gang,

I am here to set the record straight about ground floor MLM's and what to be aware of. To set the record straight ,Network Marketing or Mullti-level marketing is a totally legitimate way to earn a more than modest living and is the farthest thing from a pyramid-scheme in which it has been so wrongly labeled.

Understand folks, there have been a whole lot of ,quitters (Lazy people who expected something for nothing), in the MLM business who thought that if they just got signed up and gave it a feeble effort that money would just pour in. After a few months, no success and they are outta here like vladamere. Then go and post ill warnings of why MLM is a scam. Enough of that, you get the picture.

We are here to talk about Ground Floor MLM's and how they may not be all they are cracked up to be. Over the years there has been so much success in Network-Marketing, that everyone with a viable product or un-viable in some cases, realizes the potential of what word of mouth, MLM's, Network Marketing or Multi-level can do for them in the market place.

When looking for an MLM, picking a ground floor opportunity to make money is not the best choice.

The question is, Where is the long term credibility of the company if its ground floor? Sure the guys that started it have found the newest kukumunga berry in the Brazilian rain forest that cures lumpukaroo and everything else under the sun and just two swigs a day will cure your sisters brother of his bed wetting. Lets get real. When looking for an opportunity, you ALWAYS look at the leadership of the organization. What principles do they stand on? Who have they helped to succeed?

Choose a company with millions of products and services and one that has been around for more than ten years. I know, I know, you think that because a company has been around for so long, there is no more money to be made. So wrong to think that. Companies that have been around through the good times and bad are stable and would not still be around if the going was not good and if more people were not getting in the opportunity every day.

Ground floor MLM's are for the birds in my opinion and for those that are serious, you will choose a company with a long track record of success in the market.
